The Rackvio Library is a collection of SVG faceplate renderings ("the
Works") produced by Rackvio's rendering pipeline. The underlying NetBox
device-type YAML definitions are licensed CC0 by the NetBox community
(https://github.com/netbox-community/devicetype-library); the Works in
this Library are renderings derived from those YAMLs and are licensed to
you under the terms below.

ACCEPTANCE.

By checking the box indicating agreement to this License or, where no
such box is presented, by downloading, copying, or using the Works, you
("you" or the "User") acknowledge that you have read and agree to be
bound by this License, in the version identified by the URL above and
embedded in the metadata of each Work. If you do not agree, do not
download, copy, or use the Works. Your acceptance, together with its
date and the License version, is recorded at the point of download. This
License is a binding contract between you and CalRen Solutions LLC and
applies in addition to, and not in place of, the rights CalRen Solutions
LLC holds under copyright law. If you accept this License on behalf of
an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that
organization, and "you" includes that organization.

DEFINITIONS.

In this License: "You" or "User" means the individual or organization
that accepts this License and obtains the Works. "Commercial use" means
using the Works to derive revenue from the Works themselves, including
(i) incorporating the Works into a product or service offered or
provided to third parties, such as a DCIM product, (ii) selling,
licensing, or sublicensing the Works for a fee, or (iii) redistributing
the Works as a library, package, dataset, or collection; for clarity, a
for-profit organization's internal use under Section 1(b) is not, by
itself, commercial use. "Modify" means to edit, adapt, transform,
recolor, resize, crop, annotate, or create a derivative of a Work.
"Distribute" means to transfer, publish, post, or otherwise make a copy
of a Work available to any other person. "DCIM product" means a data
center infrastructure management, asset-management,
infrastructure-visualization, or substantially similar product or
service.

1. PERMITTED USES.

Subject to your continued compliance with this License, you may use,
copy, display, and embed the Works for: (a) personal, non-commercial
use; (b) internal use within your organization for documentation,
diagrams, runbooks, capacity plans, evaluation, proof-of-concept, and
operational records; (c) education and training materials, including
academic coursework; (d) public blog posts, conference talks,
screencasts, social-media posts, and similar editorial content, provided
that you include a visible attribution link to https://rackvio.com near
the displayed Work; and (e) limited modification of a Work (such as
resizing, recoloring, cropping, or annotating) solely as reasonably
necessary for a use permitted by this Section 1, provided that the
watermark, embedded metadata, identifiers, and any required attribution
remain intact and are not defeated, that you acquire no ownership in the
underlying Work, and that the prohibitions in Section 2 continue to
apply to any modified copy. The rights granted in this Section 1 are
personal to you, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable;
any other person must separately obtain and accept the Works.

2. PROHIBITED USES.

You may NOT: (a) redistribute the Works, in whole or in part, as a
library, package, dataset, or collection (e.g., a NPM package, PyPI
package, GitHub repository, or web service); (b) incorporate the Works
into a commercial DCIM, asset-management, infrastructure-visualization,
or similar product or service; (c) sell, license, or sublicense the
Works for a fee; (d) use the Works, in whole or in part, as training
data, fine-tuning data, validation or evaluation data, or input for
developing or improving any artificial-intelligence, machine-learning,
or large-language-model system, or to assemble any dataset or corpus for
any of the foregoing; (e) remove, obscure, alter, or attempt to defeat
any watermark, metadata block, embedded identifier, or attribution
embedded in the Works. For clarity, the incidental or one-off use of an
individual Work in a generative-AI prompt for personal, research,
journalistic, or commentary purposes, where the Work is not used as, and
does not become part of, training, fine-tuning, or evaluation data, is
not a violation of Section 2(d).

3. ATTRIBUTION.

Public uses of the Works (Section 1(d)) must include a visible link to
https://rackvio.com placed within or immediately adjacent to the
displayed Work. Internal uses (Sections 1(a)-(c)) do not require
attribution, but the embedded watermark and metadata must remain intact.
This License grants no right to use the name, logos, or trademarks of
CalRen Solutions LLC or Rackvio, except for the attribution link
required by this Section 3.

4. TERMINATION.

This License terminates automatically upon any violation of Section 2;
provided that, for a violation that is not willful, this License
terminates only if you fail to cure the violation within thirty (30)
days after CalRen Solutions LLC gives you written notice of it. Upon
termination, all rights granted to you under this License end, and any
continued use of the Works after termination constitutes unlicensed use
and copyright infringement. Termination does not affect any liability
arising from use that occurred before termination, and does not limit
any remedy available to CalRen Solutions LLC for the violation.

5. NO WARRANTY.

THE WORKS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER
APPLIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
CALREN SOLUTIONS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS,
DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WORKS OR THIS
LICENSE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CALREN
SOLUTIONS LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO
THE WORKS OR THIS LICENSE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU
PAID FOR THE WORKS, IF ANY, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).
NOTHING IN THIS LICENSE EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE
EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT
ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE FOREGOING MAY
NOT APPLY TO YOU.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE.

CalRen Solutions LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company. This
License is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising
from or relating to this License shall be resolved exclusively in the
state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the
personal jurisdiction of those courts. This Section 7 applies to the
extent you have accepted this License. Nothing in this Section limits
CalRen Solutions LLC's right to pursue remedies for copyright
infringement in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8. SEVERABILITY.

If any provision of this License is held to be invalid or unenforceable,
that provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make
it valid and enforceable or, if it cannot be reformed, severed, and the
remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. VERSIONING.

This is version 1.1 of the Rackvio Library License. CalRen Solutions LLC
may publish revised versions in the future; each version is identified
by a versioned URL (e.g., /library/license/v1.2). Works downloaded under
v1.1 remain bound by v1.1 terms in perpetuity; Works downloaded under an
earlier version remain bound by that earlier version.

10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.

The Works are derived from the NetBox community's device-type library
(https://github.com/netbox-community/devicetype-library), which is
licensed under CC0 1.0 Universal (Public Domain Dedication). The Rackvio
Library extends those CC0 device-type definitions with original
renderings, visual design, watermarking, and metadata, which together
constitute the Works covered by this License. This License applies only
to the Works (the original renderings and their visual design,
watermarking, and metadata) and does not restrict, and shall not be
construed to restrict, any use of the underlying NetBox device-type
definitions, which remain available under CC0 1.0 Universal from their
original source. The Works do not include those CC0 device-type
definitions.

11. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS.

All rights not expressly granted in this License are reserved to CalRen
Solutions LLC. No license or other right is granted by implication,
estoppel, or otherwise, except as expressly stated in this License.

12. ENFORCEMENT.

You acknowledge that a breach of Section 2 may cause CalRen Solutions
LLC irreparable harm for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and
that CalRen Solutions LLC is entitled to seek injunctive and other
equitable relief, in addition to any other remedy. In any action to
enforce this License, the prevailing party is entitled to recover its
reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. This Section is in addition to,
and does not limit, any remedy available to CalRen Solutions LLC under
copyright law.

13. NO SUPPORT OR UPDATES.

CalRen Solutions LLC has no obligation to provide support, maintenance,
updates, or new versions of the Works, and may modify or discontinue the
Works at any time.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; NO WAIVER.

This License is the entire agreement between you and CalRen Solutions
LLC regarding the Works and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous
understanding regarding their use. No failure or delay in enforcing any
provision operates as a waiver, and no waiver is effective unless in
writing.

15. SURVIVAL.

Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 14, and any liability accrued before
termination, survive termination of this License.
